As a Ticketing and Tariff Agent Nordics you will be part of our Nordics team. You will be responsible for managing and supervising the whole ticketing process for our Scandinavian corporate customers. This includes handling ticket-issuance, manual as well as automated quality assessment, refunds, schedule changes, manual ticketing for our group travel department and general queue management. Also, you will assist our Travel team with complex bookings and interpretation of fare rules for different Airlines. We work with Amadeus, Antares and also BSP accounting.

Main responsibilities:

  • E-ticketing process for flight tickets
  • Customer and airline support via phone and mail
  • Handling Amadeus queues
  • Manual issuance of IATA-/Nego Fares
  • Generation of flight price calculations
  • Handling refunds, incl. BSP-Link
  • Implementation of ticket changes ticket changes (manually as well as via Amadeus Ticket Changer ATC).
  • Handling ACM claims
  • Dealing with error reports of our Back Office systems (Antares)
  • Statistics & reporting
  • 1st level Support in case of technical difficulties
  • Working closely with OPODO- & Amadeus-Helpdesk

Your profile:

  • Educational background in tourism and/or several years of work experience in the tourism industry
  • Years of experience with Ticketing to calculate and recalculate fares for complex itinerary, alternate travel routes with multi airlines
  • Very good ticketing skills plus experience in ticketing (e.g. handling ticket and schedule changes as well as issuing refunds)
  • Very good knowledge of at least one GDS (ideally Amadeus)
  • Very good knowledge of tariffs (Public und Nego, Interline)
  • Excellent English skills both spoken and written
  • IATA competence
  • Able to interpret fare rules for different price modules
  • Recalculation of partially used tickets
  • Self-dependent and flexible worker
  • Accuracy and high ability to concentrate
  • Team spirit
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially MS Excel
